Consultor Sr de Estrategia de Talento

 

Contaremos contigo para:

• Ejecución de proyectos enfocados en liderazgo, desarrollo y gestión de Talento

• Análisis de reportes

• Acompañar a los equipos para desarrollarlos en tiempo y en forma

• Investigación de Mercado

 

Lo que necesitas tener:

• Carrera en administración, psicología, ingeniería, etc

• Experiencia: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en consultoría de estrategias de talento (Korn Ferry, Price, AON, EY o una consultoría)

• Experiencia en proyectos

• Excel: Intermedio, base de datos y tablas dinámicas

• Inglés: B1 Intermedio

• Uso de herramientas de IA
