We are looking for an HR Administration Consultant to join our HR Administration team Europe, which is responsible for providing operational HR support to Circle K store managers, employees, and internal stakeholders across nine European countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

As an HR Administration Consultant, you will rely on your strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to monitor and execute staffing transactions in Workday, perform quality assurance checks, and help create exceptional employee experience. You will support both Circle K Business Centre, a leading employer in Latvia's Global Business Services sector, and Circle K Latvia, one of the country's leading convenience and fuel retailers, operating 71 locations across the country.

Consultant in HR Administration

Type of Employment: Permanent position

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

Would you like to:

• Develop expertise in HR administration processes within a global environment by managing employee data and organizational requests in our HR system (Workday) and payroll system (SAP), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations in Latvia?
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing?
• Handle incoming requests in our global Customer Service Management system, ServiceNow, by responding to employee inquiries and providing accurate and timely support?
• Be responsible for maintaining accurate HR documentation and ensuring proper archiving in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements?
• Broaden your knowledge of European labor law and regulations?

Main requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Human Resources or a related field).
• Good knowledge of Latvian Labor Law.
• Fluency in Latvian and English, to communicate effectively with colleagues across Europe
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP is considered an advantage.
