주요 업무

• 리셉션, 로비, 방문객 등록 및 출입 배지 관리
• 회의, 행사, 회의실 예약 및 게스트 운영 지원
• 보안, 청소 및 시설관리(FM) 팀과 서비스 요청 조율
• 직원 온보딩, 근무 환경 프로그램 및 기본 재고 관리 지원
• 전문적이고 정돈된 근무 환경 유지

자격 요건

• 리셉션, 호스피탈리티 또는 근무 환경 서비스 분야 1년 이상 경력
• 우수한 고객 서비스 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 뛰어난 조직력 및 문제 해결 능력
• MS Office/Teams 및 방문객 관리 시스템 능숙한 사용 능력
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우대
  

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and vendors while supporting reception, visitor management, meeting/event coordination, workplace services, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reception, lobby, visitor registration, and access badges

- Support meetings, events, room bookings, and guest logistics

- Coordinate service requests with Security, Cleaning, and FM teams

- Support employee onboarding, workplace programs, and basic inventory-

- Maintain a professional and well-presented workplace environment

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or workplace services

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Good organization and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office/Teams and visitor management systems

- English communication skills preferred
