Under the guidance of the Senior Compliance Officer and Deputy CCO, the position will coordinate day-to-day compliance-event administration, prepare reporting, and support management requests and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the compliance event lifecycle, including intake through the G&C Compliance Portal, initial review of event details and client communications, and follow-up with business partners to obtain additional information.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies to streamline compliance event workflows, reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and support scalable program administration.
  • Document current state processes, organize feedback, gather business requirements, and assist with testing and implementing approved process or technology enhancements.
  • Gather, validate, organize, and summarize compliance event information to support data accuracy and trend analysis.
  • Follow up with business lines and other stakeholders on action items, and outstanding documentation; escalate delays, concerns, or unresolved items.
  • Support G&C departmental projects by maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings and deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and tracking action items, risks, and decisions.
  • Maintain compliance calendars and recurring reporting schedules, monitor deadlines, and provide regular status updates to program leadership.
  • Assist with ad hoc management requests, including research, data analysis, meeting preparation, and development of presentation materials.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Eight to ten years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Approximately five years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, financial services operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • General understanding of financial services compliance, risk, or control environments. Experience assisting with compliance event programs, remediation follow-up, governance reporting, or other cross-functional compliance initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, follow established processes, and communicate progress or concerns promptly.
  • Ability to collaborate with business partners, gather information from multiple sources, and prepare clear summaries and reporting materials.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and exercise sound judgment when escalating overdue or incomplete items.
  • Interest in process improvement and the ability to identify practical opportunities for greater efficiency, including through event workflow, dashboard, or automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is preferred.
  • Knowledge of fund services, securities operations, alternative investments, or related financial products and services is a plus.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
