Aufgabengebiet:

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen im Bereich Accident & Health (Geschäftsreiseversicherung, Unfallversicherung etc.) sowie Property innerhalb der zugewiesenen Vollmachten, auch mit internationalem Bezug
• Deckungsprüfung, Analyse von Versicherungsumfang, Versicherungsbedingungen und Anspruchsberechtigung
• Eigenständige und proaktive Ermittlung von Sachverhalten zur Bewertung des Schadenfalls durch aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Versicherten und Versicherungsnehmern, Brokern, Rechtsanwälten, Ärzten, medizinischen Gutachtern, Beauftragung von Loss Adjustern, Behörden und der Auswertung medizinischer Befunde/Arztberichte, Loss Reports, Ermittlungsunterlagen und Rechnungen
• Erkennung von Betrugsindikatoren sowie ggf. Weiterleitung an entsprechende Stellen
• Erkennen und Unterstützen bei Regressen
• Pflege der Schadendossiers und Dokumentation in den internen Systemen
• Wahrnehmung von Terminen mit Kunden und Brokern
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Underwriting

Anforderungsprofil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versicherungswesen, Rechtswissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder eidgenössischer Fachausweis
• Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Schadenbearbeitung, idealerweise im Bereich A&H oder Property von Vorteil aber nicht zwingende Voraussetzung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Versicherungsbedingungen, der es ermöglicht, den Versicherungsschutz umfassend zu bewerten
• Detailgenauigkeit sowie strukturierte, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sichere Ausdrucksweise in der schadenbearbeitenden Kommunikation
• Freude am Austausch sowie Verhandlungen mit internationalen Brokern und Kunden und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und MS Office
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch- sowie gute Französisch-Kenntnisse, Italienisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
