Why we're hiring:
We're looking for a Compensation Consultant to join our global Reward team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about compensation, data analysis, executive reward, and helping create fair, competitive, and inclusive reward programmes.
In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, supporting compensation initiatives, benchmarking, reward analysis, market insights, and executive compensation activities. You'll combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills to help inform strategic decision-making.
Whether you are currently working in compensation, reward, executive remuneration, total rewards, or a related analytical HR field, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the design, implementation, and management of executive compensation programmes.
- Conducting and interpreting market benchmarking and salary analysis to provide reward insights.
- Analysing executive compensation data and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Supporting the executive compensation reward cycle and governance processes including in supporting the preparation of board and committee papers.
- Supporting the preparation of the annual Compensation Committee Report on Executive Directors compensation
- Producing clear, impactful presentations and reports for leadership audiences.
- Working collaboratively with HR, Finance, and business leaders on reward-related initiatives.
- Helping ensure reward practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business priorities.

We're interested in people who bring a combination of analytical capability, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Compensation, Reward, Executive Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability together with a keen focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- The ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
- Experience interpreting market data and compensation benchmarks.
- Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills.
