Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- At least 6 months of experience providing person-centred care and support in home or community settings, including supporting older adults at home.
- Experience supporting daily routines while promoting independence and wellbeing, including providing companionship support and personal care.
- Experience providing dementia care.
- Able to work independently in lone-working care settings and follow care plans and safeguarding procedures.
- Comfortable using care-recording apps, rota apps, and smartphones for updates and communication.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting family members or multidisciplinary care teams.
- A Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or a similar care qualification.
- Moving and handling training or certification.
- Medication administration training or certification.
- Safeguarding training or certification.
