Sobre este puesto de Community Manager en Customs4trade
🚀 Ready to Build the Room Where the Deals Start?
Experienced Community Manager – Join Our Go-to-Market Team!
We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Community Manager to build and lead the network behind our commercial growth. Reporting to our CCO, you’ll own the roundtables, seminars, webinars, dinners and partner events through which C4T earns credibility with customs managers, CFOs, supply chain directors and indirect tax leaders, in complex enterprise sales cycles that can stretch to two years.
Your mission: build a community of senior decision-makers that grows in value every quarter and convert it into qualified pipeline. You set the annual strategy, decide which formats and markets deserve investment, define how success is measured, and hold sales accountable for acting on the relationships you create.
If you get energy from bringing the right people into the room, think commercially, and want to shape a playbook rather than inherit one, let’s talk!
🔥 What You’ll Own
- The community and activity strategy end to end: you define the annual mix, cadence and objectives across markets, and decide where we invest, in consultation with the CCO.
- Who is in the room. You curate senior attendee lists, drive the referral loop after every activity, and grow a network that compounds quarter over quarter rather than resetting each event.
- Execution across formats and markets, including roundtables (8–10 senior leaders), seminars (up to 30 attendees), conferences, webinars, dinners and breakfast sessions, all led through processes and playbooks you design, document and improve.
- How impact is measured. You own and interpret the reporting on network growth, pipeline contribution, referral rate and activity quality, and translate it into go-to-market priorities.
- Strategic partnerships in practice: turning consultancies, trade advisory firms and software partners into joint activities that reach accounts we can’t access alone.
- The bridge to sales. You brief AEs and SDRs, equip them with attendee insights and warm introductions, and hold them accountable for follow-up, without direct authority over them.
- New formats as we grow (podcasts, partner co-hosted events): defining what works, testing what resonates and building out the playbook.
🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit
- 7+ years in B2B community building or executive programs, with clear ownership of strategy, not only execution.
- A proven network of senior decision-makers, and a track record of building long-term relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder markets.
- Experience running multiple activities in parallel across European markets and cultures without dropping quality.
- Commercially fluent: you work from data, set your own success criteria, and connect every activity to pipeline.
- Strong business sense and analytical ability: you can translate community insights into clear, actionable input for internal stakeholders or commercial arguments for the community.
- Confident with senior leadership and industry figures, and comfortable challenging the status quo and holding others accountable.
- Experience with account-based marketing or demand generation is a strong plus; knowledge of customs, logistics or finance is a bonus.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch, German or French are a plus.
- You are energised by ambiguity: this is a role you will shape, not a predefined playbook.
