We are looking for a new Communications & Public Affairs Manager, EP & Neuro, EMEA to join our team.
About The Role:
The Communications & Public Affairs Manager, EP & Neuro, EMEA role will be a key member of a dedicated EP & Neuro BU CPA team to help execute an integrated communications strategy across EMEA.
This role will suit an early career communicator who can focus on growth priorities within the region, supporting innovation milestones, strengthening reputation, and engaging key stakeholders across priority markets – using a mix of external, media, internal and digital communications channels to reach key audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute EMEA communications strategy for the EP & Neuro BUs, aligned to growth priorities and key milestones. The role will work across all platforms and initiatives in the BUs.
Serve as a communications partner on key business communication initiatives, helping to translate business priorities into clear, compelling campaigns
Execute integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels, in partnership with other member of the EP & Neuro EMEA Communications & Public Affairs team
Responsible for owning channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletter development etc…) connected to Communications initiatives.
Partner across region and functions (e.g. Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations) to align communications activity and approvals
Work closely with local external agency and freelance relationships to maximize impact and delivery of campaigns
Use data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness and fully leverage global reports to accelerate execution and learnings
Ways of working
Operate effectively in a matrixed environment, partnering across business, functional, and regional teams
Build strong relationships with leaders, Marketing and sources of content for Communications campaigns
Contribute to a strong, inclusive team culture
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Would suit up and coming communications professional with 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs to combine knowhow with delivery.
Demonstrated experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
Deep knowledge of EMEA region and specific nuances
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems (story posting, content creation, distribution channels, etc…)

[Germany] – The anticipated base pay range for this position is [100,300 EUR gross] – [135,700 EUR gross]
[Belgium] – The anticipated base pay range for this position is [101,830 EUR gross] – [137,770 EUR gross]
[France] – The anticipated base pay range for this position is [76,840 EUR gross] – [103,960 EUR gross]
[Italy] – The anticipated base pay range for this position is [71,665 EUR gross] – [96,945 EUR gross]
