In a nutshell
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Commercial team responsible for shaping the product assortment that puts a smile on our customers’ faces 😊. As a Commercial Working Student, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute in one of several of our core teams.
Tricks of the trade
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate closely with category managers, suppliers, buyers, and creatives to gain a well-rounded view of the Commercial team and how different functions work together.
- Assortment Analysis: Support in analyzing assortment strategies to help ensure our product range is data-driven, relevant, and tailored to customer needs.
- Product Development Support: Assist in product tastings and sourcing efforts to contribute to the selection of top-quality items at the best prices.
- International Sourcing: Work with international partners and teams to help identify new sourcing opportunities and support cross-border collaboration.
- Hands-On Experience: Get practical experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where ownership, curiosity, and learning by doing are key.
Your superpowers
- Student in the last year of your Bachelor (HBO or WO) or Master (WO)
- Education in a relevant field; Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar
- Available for at least 6 months
- Available a minimum of 3 days p/w
- Curious, independent, detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch
