Join a growing commercial banking team as a Relationship Manager, where you'll manage and expand a portfolio of commercial relationships across the North Central Wisconsin market. In this role, you'll drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions while maintaining strong credit and risk management standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial banking relationships by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Drive loan and deposit growth through proactive business development, client outreach, and relationship-building within the local market.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver a broad range of banking solutions, including treasury management, capital markets, private banking, wealth management, and other commercial services.
• Analyze financial information and collaborate with credit partners to evaluate lending opportunities and recommend appropriate financing structures.
• Guide clients on business and banking matters by providing insights on market trends, industry conditions, and financial strategies.
• Present credit opportunities and participate in the loan approval process, recommending sound and effective deal structures.
• Manage portfolio administration and relationship risk in accordance with established credit policies, regulatory requirements, and business strategies.
• Build community connections through participation in business and community organizations, while generating referral opportunities and enhancing the bank's presence in the market.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience.
• Demonstrated business development and credit analysis skills.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including non-lending solutions.
• Proven success managing client relationships and growing business portfolios.
• Access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable, by the start date.

Preferred

• 7+ years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience working with larger commercial clients and complex commercial lending relationships.
• Established commercial banking business development experience and a strong reputation within the local market.
