This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing commercial real estate platform by helping drive leasing activity across multiple property types. As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Broker, you will play a central role in supporting occupancy, building client relationships, and helping move transactions forward from initial outreach through execution.
Responsibilities
- Represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions across multiple property types.
- Source new business opportunities.
- Manage active listings.
- Market available space.
- Negotiate lease terms.
- Execute transactions through lease signing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.
- Oversee transaction management from start to finish with strong organizational discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and active transactions simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of commercial lease structures and documentation.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic financial analysis.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Local to the Garden City, NY area preferred.
