LOCATION: US Remote-based 

JOB OVERVIEW: 

EPIC Insurance Brokers is looking for a driven and dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to join the growing team within our Small Business unit (Main Street). In this Inside Sales role, you will be responsible for prospecting, quoting, and closing new business opportunities that help small businesses secure the coverage they need to thrive. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who excels in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Uncapped referral opportunities: cultivate relationships with over 500 Personal Lines & Large Account Producers within EPIC
• Access to a diverse client book for cross-selling
• The backing of a top-tier brokerage with strong market presence
• High level of communication via phone & email to engage prospects
• Responsive follow-up on all lead channels
• Ability to learn and manage leads within a CRM platform
• Ability to learn and successfully utilize a commercial lines comparative rater
• Foster strong relationships with referring producers, underwriters, and other circles of influence
• Maintain an adequate pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets 
• Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books
• Proficiency in providing quote comparison reviews and articulating coverage differences 
• Utilize and maintain EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System within the designed standards 
• Fluent in navigating different risk profiles in Standard & E&S markets
• Attend all educational, training, and other sessions as directed by EPIC
• Achieve Annual Target Revenue: roughly 150K in new revenue

If you are passionate about helping businesses succeed and want to be part of a high-performing team, we encourage your candidacy:
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Property & Casualty license required
• Minimum three years of experience in Commercial Lines marketing, placement, service & sales
• Full knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
• Capacity to present, communicate, and build trust with confidence and expertise
• Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Training & Onboarding
EPIC provides high-quality training & onboarding from day one. In addition, we offer ongoing sales training and coaching to ensure your success.

COMPENSATION:
Target base salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 plus commissions and incentives with significant upside. The actual base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
