About the Role
In this position, you will support commercial decision-making through advanced analytics, forecasting, business intelligence tools, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance teams. You will contribute to driving commercial performance by identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and enabling data-driven decisions across the business.
What You Will Do
Conduct data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting activities to support commercial decision-making.
Generate actionable insights related to pricing, product mix, profitability, sales performance, opportunities, risks, trends, and commercial KPIs.
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, and other business intelligence platforms.
Support the development and enhancement of Business Intelligence platforms and analytical capabilities.
Analyze market, customer, and competitive information to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Lead and support forecasting, commercial planning, and S&OP processes.
Facilitate alignment among Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, and other business functions to support commercial objectives.
Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
Support the administration of commercial processes including pricing uploads, commercial conditions, rebates, sales incentive calculations, sales funnel tracking, and monthly sales reconciliations.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Forecasting, or similar analytical roles.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
Experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance analysis.
Knowledge of forecasting and commercial planning processes.
Intermediate English proficiency (B1-B2)
Knowledge of Tableau, Python, SQL, Access, or similar analytical tools.
Experience supporting S&OP, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, or Business Intelligence functions.
