JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and Update information into company databases, spreadsheets and digital systems.
• Review and verify documents or raw data to find and fix basic errors.
• Organize and maintain electronic files, records and administrative documents.
• Communicate with team members to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Protect confidentiality when handling sensitive company or customer data.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Typing Speed and Accuracy: Ability to type fast (often 50-70 words per minute) with minimal mistakes.
• Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and basic database or CRM platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus to catch duplicate entries, spelling mistakes or corrupted numbers.
• Time Management: Capacity to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks and meet strict daily deadlines.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is standard for entry-level positions.
• Able to work OT when needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described. Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
