Full-Time CNA Sign-On Bonus
Eligible Full-Time CNAs can earn a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid out quarterly during the first year of employment.
Employee Referral Bonus Program

- $500 paid to the newly hired Full-Time CNA
- $500 paid to the referring employee
- Bonuses are paid after the new employee successfully completes 90 days of employment
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide high-quality, compassionate resident care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
