Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to achieve seamless cloud adoption and support next-generation business capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes.
- Monitor and evaluate migration progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices related to cloud migration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment models.
- Strong knowledge of private and public cloud technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze existing IT environments and develop scalable migration plans.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and high-availability solutions in cloud settings.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate cloud solutions effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
