Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role requires careful planning and execution of application and data migration strategies, ensuring that solutions are scalable and deliver high performance. Collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and adjustment to optimize cloud adoption and support next-generation business outcomes.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives and technical requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud migration processes and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud migration solutions using both private and public cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure components, including networking, storage, and security considerations.
- Ability to automate migration tasks and workflows using scripting and programming techniques.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of applications in cloud environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues during migration projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
