Cloud Engineer Summary: Responsible for architecting, operating, and transitioning secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, including hosting, storage, networking, access, and monitoring.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or related field

5+ Years supporting cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, platform operations, or enterprise hosting.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar and Comp Tia Security+
-
Experience architecting and securing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GovCloud), specializing in containerized orchestration (Kubernetes) and core infrastructure management across networking, storage, monitoring, and database workloads (including Appian, Java, and API integrations)

Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD IL5/IL6, cArmy, PIEE, RMF/ATO, or federal cloud environments.
- Experience supporting Appian, Java, API, or database workloads in cloud-hosted environments.
Responsibilities:

Configure, automate, sustain, and monitor ACWS cloud environments

Support deployment readiness, security hardening, capacity, patching, backup/recovery, and restoration

Maintain configuration and operating documentation

Coordinate with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, administrators, application teams, and hosting providers.
