As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you’ll help bring clinical trials to life by keeping studies organized, compliant, accurate, and moving forward. You’ll work alongside research teams, study sponsors, and participants to coordinate everything from enrollment and documentation to investigational supplies and follow-up visits.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate clinical trials from study planning through ongoing trial activities
• Review study requirements and help develop timelines, workflows, and trial plans
• Support research participant enrollment and follow-up visits
• Complete case report forms and maintain accurate source documentation
• Track investigational medications, devices, and study supplies from receipt through return
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and study correspondence on time
• Organize research workflows, schedules, records, and trial documentation
• Communicate with study sponsors, research participants, and internal research teams
• Help troubleshoot operational issues and keep studies moving according to protocol
• Protect participant privacy and maintain confidential research records

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Careful observation and assessment skills
• Confidence working with computers, research documentation, and electronic systems
• Ability to communicate with study sponsors and research participants
• Experience operating clinical equipment such as ECG machines, spirometers, stadiometers, and scales
• Basic phlebotomy and vital sign skills are a plus

📋 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in post-graduate medical education and medical research studies
