Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinical Laboratory Manager to lead all aspects of laboratory operations across our clinical laboratory system. Reporting to the Laboratory and Pathology Administrative Director, this servant leader will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely patient testing results, driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture, maintaining regulatory compliance, and advancing strategic laboratory initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for continuous improvement, staff development, customer service, and innovative laboratory practices while overseeing quality, safety, financial performance, and the expansion of laboratory services to support exceptional patient care.
Location: Padden Commerce Park (12019 NE 99th Street – Vancouver, WA 98662)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Hiring range generally between $98,000 to $132,000 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a NACLS-accredited MT or MLS program required.
Certification as MLS (ASCP) or MT (ASCP) required.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified technologist/scientist.
At least 1 year in a lab leadership role (supervisor, or manager).
Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing direct reports.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess performance and manage budgets effectively.
Pay Range:
