The Department of Health Professions at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse is seeking applicants for a 12-month teaching position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor with the start date of 1/7/2027. This is a renewable non-tenure track instructional position.

Under general supervision of the department chair, successful candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses (if applicable) and advising students. In addition to preparing for and holding classes, teaching involves maintaining currency in the content area related to the teaching assignment, evaluating students' work, assessing student outcomes, providing regular and substantive feedback on student work, maintaining appropriate records, and holding office hours. Other duties may be assigned by the chair or dean.

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy ARRT-certified Radiation Therapist
• A minimum of 4 years clinical experience
• Required to earn a Master's Degree within 4 years of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience (clinical experience acceptable)
• Interest in involvement in Radiation Therapy organizations (ASRT, etc.)
• Ability to function independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, peers, and clinical educators
