What You'll Do as Clinic Director
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of PTs, PTAs and support staff
- Drive clinic performance, patient outcomes and the patient experience
- Build strong relationships with local providers and referral sources
- Carry a patient caseload with individualized, evidence-based care
- Create a culture of learning, accountability and fun
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Outpatient experience; leadership experience preferred
