This is a highly execution-focused role within a fast-paced lending environment, with an emphasis on keeping transactions and servicing activities organized and moving forward. The Analyst will coordinate documentation and follow-ups, maintain internal systems and checklists, support diligence and closing processes, and help ensure outstanding requirements are identified and completed on a timely basis.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The Analyst will work closely with Associates, senior members of the Client Success team, Credit, Legal, Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Execution & Diligence

  • Support the setup, execution, closing, and funding of new loans, amendments, and renewals.
  • Prepare and maintain transaction materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.

  • Coordinate compliance approvals and follow up on outstanding closing and post-closing requirements.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and organized transaction files.

Collateral & Portfolio Management

  • Coordinate collateral inspections, shipments, viewings, and other logistics.
  • Support ongoing portfolio servicing, including invoices, revaluations, insurance, inspections, and related documentation.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory, title paperwork, consignment tracking, and other collateral reporting.
  • Ensure servicing requirements and documentation are completed and up to date.

Team Support

  • Proactively track outstanding items and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep transactions and servicing activities on schedule.
  • Identify missing documentation, inconsistencies, and potential delays and escalate as appropriate.
  • Provide analytical, administrative, and execution support to Associates and the Head of Client Success.
  • Assist with Credit Committee, client, and portfolio review preparation.

Process & Development

  • Contribute to improving team templates, checklists, trackers, and processes.
  • Over time, assume greater responsibility for provenance research, collateral diligence, and collateral logistics.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, lending, credit, underwriting, investment banking, private banking, wealth management, or a similarly analytical, execution-focused environment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with comfort working with financial information, transaction data, and basic credit metrics.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with sound judgment around resolving issues independently and escalating when appropriate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to support multiple team members in a small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
