Client Services Manager – Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our State College, PA Pediatric Home Care office.

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll receive hands-on experience in client services, operations, business development, employee engagement, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with Clinical Managers and office leadership while developing the skills needed to take on increasing responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure high-quality pediatric home care
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership
• Monitor key metrics, including admissions, referrals, and caseload performance
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery
• Take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility
• Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
