Client Services Associate (CSA)
Location: St. Cloud/Waite Park, Minnesota
Office: Skilled Nursing-Pediatrics
Work model: 100% in-office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $45,000–$48,000 annually plus benefits

This is a new opportunity supporting the Skilled Nursing practice in the St. Cloud office. The role serves a broad territory covering the northern two-thirds of Minnesota and works closely with office-based and field-based team members to help ensure dependable service, accurate administrative processes, and a positive experience for the clients and employees we serve.
What you’ll do
As a Client Services Associate, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the office. Responsibilities may include:

Coordinate scheduling activities and help maintain appropriate coverage for clients and employees.

Provide responsive administrative support to the Director and office team.

Assist with payroll-related processes by gathering, reviewing, and communicating necessary information accurately and on time.

Maintain organized records, reports, and office documentation.

Support communication between office staff, field employees, clients, and families.

Help address scheduling or administrative questions and escalate issues appropriately.

Monitor workflow, follow established processes, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts through timely, personable, and dependable support.

Provide a welcoming, client-focused experience in every interaction.

Perform other administrative duties that support the needs and goals of the office.
What you’ll bring
Required qualifications

At least an associate degree combined with relevant professional experience.

Experience with scheduling, payroll support, administrative coordination, or a related operational function.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.

A personable, dependable, and client-focused approach.

Comfort working in a fully in-office environment, Monday through Friday.
Preferred qualifications

Experience supporting healthcare, home care, pediatrics, or another service-focused organization.

Experience working with employees or clients across a broad geographic area.

Familiarity with administrative systems, scheduling tools, payroll processes, or workforce coordination.

A demonstrated drive to solve problems and support team goals.

Training and support
You can expect a structured ramp-up period of approximately 30–60 days to learn the team’s processes, systems, and operational priorities.
This position does not include an on-call requirement and has no direct reports.
