About the role:
 

Reports to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager

The purpose of this position is to administer a portfolio of Fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Financial Reporting Manger and Financial Reporting Managers.

Key responsibilities:

+ Act as first point of contact for administrative matters for number of fund structures within a team

+ Manage the onboarding and subscription process for investments into underlying private equity and alternative investment funds, including AML/KYC compliance, legal documentation review, and stakeholder coordination through to execution.

+Lead and oversee all Luxembourg transfer agency operations, ensuring the accurate processing of investor transactions, maintenance of shareholder registers, completion of AML/KYC requirements, and delivery of high-quality investor services whilst maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

+ Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice

+ Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings

+ Ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines

+ Act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts

+ Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors

+ Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff

+ Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

+ The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)

+ The candidate is required to have proven financial services experience

+ Strong technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)

+ Some people management experience

+ Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship

+ Act as a “B” level Authorised Signatory
