We’re looking for a Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker to join our Tax & Legal - Private Clients team. Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Client Relationship Associate - Russian Speaker, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience across immigration, residency, citizenship, and tax processes.
• Prepare, review, and submit forms, applications, and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Translate documents between Russian and English, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates throughout their journey.
• Assist clients and their families during their visits to Malta, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Private Clients team to provide comprehensive support throughout the residency and relocation process.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, public institutions, and private service providers.
• Develop a deep understanding of local systems, procedures, and regulatory frameworks relevant to client needs.
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and solutions-focused team culture.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent and can communicate confidently and professionally in Russian and English.
• Has prior experience in a client-facing role.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Shows a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Works well independently and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Builds positive and trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Holds a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting, or a related field, with experience in corporate services or a similar professional setting considered an asset.
