Position Overview
CRA’s Forensic Services practice supports companies’ commitment to integrity by assisting them and their counsel in independently responding to allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, and non-compliance. We are noted for deploying cross-trained teams of forensic professionals to assist our clients in gaining deeper insights and greater value more quickly. We provide accounting and forensic services as well as cybercrime investigation services.
The Forensic Services practice is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to support and grow our strategic alliance partner program. This individual will work directly with the Practice's Alliance Partnership Lead to cultivate relationships with technology partners, coordinate business development initiatives, and help identify opportunities that drive market growth.
The Client Relations Coordinator will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for many of our alliance partners, ensuring consistent communication, coordinating joint initiatives, and helping transform partner relationships into new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple initiatives, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of strategic alliance partner relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with alliance partners to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, webinars, conferences, and other marketing activities.
- Track partner-generated opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with developing business development plans for strategic markets.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and partnership metrics.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, meeting materials updates.
- Research prospective alliance partners, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new alliance partners.
- Collaborate with business development team to maximize success with clients, partnerships and potential markets.
- Represent the practice during partner meetings and industry events when appropriate.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, consulting, or relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
- Interest or experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, eDiscovery, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
- Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and external partners.
- Naturally curious and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

Work Location Flexibility

Salary and other compensation
A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Stating pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for additional bonus incentive compensation.
