Assistant Vice President - Global Client Onboarding Support
Level 1
Reporting
The position reports to the Vice President of Global Client Onboarding Support.
Job Specification
- Establish and drive strong relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business, maintain regular contact and reporting to ensure that satisfaction levels are high.
- Provide client onboarding advice across all the business lines to best meet their business needs and maintain good working relationships through active communication, facilitation and teamwork
- Participate as end user in Salesforce’s development/improvement projects
- Support the wider global support team where required and provide technical guidance to junior analysts in their assigned job duties and ensure the team are kept up to date with changes to the Company Applications.
- Planning, scheduling, and managing the daily workflows of all deliverables within the team, monitor internal SLAs, provider regular KPI reports to the management
- Develop processes, procedures, and checklists for the wider team, ensure that there is a good governance model in place across the team
- Follow Company procedures and ensure reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to proactively manage multiple/changing priorities and deadlines and continue to evolve the process
- Ensure that the team has the right resources available and effective RU (Resource Utilization) model is in place and, look for efficiencies and expand the remit of the team.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills required with front-line supervisor development
- Must possess critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills to be used in operational planning and evaluation
- Conduct daily/weekly team huddles to ensure priority workflow follows
- Monitor and highlight user performance, productivity and quality issues
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of the financial services industry with minimum 9-12 + years’ experience within Client Onboarding/KYC
- A good knowledge of the funds industry, experience of different fund structures, domiciles and regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail, accuracy, analytical, technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and have the knowledge and skills to use own initiative in handling client’s queries and escalate to management when required.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Micro-soft excel / power point etc
- Work additional hours as needed
- Team management experience
