Client Executive (Strategic Accounts)

Location: Vietnam

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Executive with a strong consulting background and proven success in driving large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in building trusted executive-level relationships, shaping strategic solutions, and leading high-impact transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth strategies for key enterprise customers.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to understand business priorities and transformation goals.
• Lead strategic consulting engagements and identify business transformation opportunities supported by digital technologies.
• Drive the development of winning proposals by leveraging global capabilities, resources, and industry expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across local, regional, and global organizations to deliver customer solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance to customers, ensuring transparency, governance, and effective risk management throughout projects.
• Oversee major transformation programs and act as Project Director when required.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, scope discussions, and executive-level negotiations.
• Resolve complex business and delivery challenges by collaborating with regional and global leadership teams.
• Balance growth opportunities with commercial and delivery risks to ensure long-term account success.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in management consulting, business transformation, or strategic advisory roles within large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful business transformation programs with digital transformation components.
• Strong experience engaging and influencing senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Exposure to Smart City, digital infrastructure, public sector transformation, or large-scale societal transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Experience working within global or multinational organizations and managing geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about contributing to Vietnam's economic and societal development.
• Willingness to be based in Vietnam and support strategic national and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Enterprise digital transformation and modernization programs.
• Smart City and Smart Nation initiatives.
• Telecommunications, technology services, cloud, data center, or ICT transformation projects.
• Large-scale consulting engagements involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Global delivery and cross-border project leadership.
