NTT DATA is looking for a Client Delivery Executive to lead managed-services client delivery within a strategic client engagement. This is a senior, client-facing role with end-to-end accountability for assigned managed-services contracts, client satisfaction, service performance, governance, financial management, and P&L performance within the assigned scope.

You will be the senior delivery management contact for the client, working closely with client stakeholders and NTT DATA delivery teams to ensure services meet agreed commitments and support the client business. You will provide senior leadership across the delivery organization, address issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the commercial health of the contracts.

This role requires availability to work on-site in Eindhoven 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Take end-to-end delivery accountability for assigned managed-services contracts, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed scope, service definitions, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.

• Serve as the senior delivery management contact and client liaison; build trusted relationships, maintain clear communication and represent client delivery priorities within NTT DATA.

• Provide senior oversight and orchestration of service delivery, coordinating delivery managers, specialists and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations across services and locations.

• Monitor service performance, SLAs, quality measures and delivery KPIs; provide clear, regular updates to client stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership.

• Lead client governance, service reviews, steering committees and major delivery escalations; resolve client concerns and contractual issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.

• Identify delivery risks early and put practical mitigation plans in place to minimize disruption and protect service quality.

• Own the P&L for assigned managed-services contracts, with accountability for revenue, costs, margin and profitability, including effective resource planning and alignment of people, technology and infrastructure to client demand.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with Finance and account leadership; review actual performance against budget, explain variances and drive corrective actions. Oversee accurate, timely billing, manage financial risks and ensure scope, changes are commercially assessed and reflected in contract financials.

• Work collaboratively with suppliers and partners to address incidents, service issues, and performance concerns.

• Drive service improvement, efficiency and client outcomes by reviewing performance, identifying opportunities and following through on agreed actions.

• Contribute to proposals and account planning by assessing delivery effort, feasibility, resourcing and the client value of proposed services.

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to delivery managers and service professionals; support appropriate staffing, engagement and effective use of team capacity.

The delivery environment

You will work in a managed-services environment where dependable operations, clear contractual commitments and strong client relationships are essential. The role brings together client stakeholders, NTT DATA delivery teams and external suppliers across the delivery ecosystem, with a focus on service performance, governance, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

• Substantial senior leadership experience in managed services, support services or a comparable complex IT service-delivery environment.

• Proven experience managing senior client relationships and complex managed-services engagements, delivering services against SLAs, quality standards and contractual requirements.

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary service-delivery environments and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across a matrix organization.

• Strong understanding of service management practices, delivery governance, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.

• Strong commercial and financial management experience, including direct P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and margin management for managed-services contracts.

• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle escalations constructively.

• A client-centric approach, sound judgement and the ability to balance client outcomes with contractual and business commitments.

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business or a related field is preferred. Relevant ITIL and project-management certifications are an advantage.

• Availability to work on-site in Eindhoven three days per week.
