The primary goal is to enable people to travel freely without the necessity of car ownership, thereby contributing to reduced traffic congestion and lowered CO2 emissions within cities. Thanks to the car-sharing services, as many as 15 thousand fewer cars now fill the streets and parking lots, showcasing the substantial influence of a solitary shared vehicle that can effectively replace the necessity for 15 privately owned cars!

We are currently looking for a Performance Creative Designer (Motion & Video) to join the CityBee marketing team and create engaging, results-driven advertising content across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create high-quality static, motion, and video ads for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Edit and adapt existing video footage, photography, and graphic assets into engaging advertising content
• Develop and test different creative concepts, hooks, CTAs, formats, and visual variations
• Analyze advertising performance metrics and optimize creatives based on campaign results
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing specialist and creative team to improve advertising effectiveness

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Have strong graphic design, motion design, and video editing skills
• Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Have experience creating static and video ads for digital advertising platforms
• Understand Google Ads and Meta Ads performance metrics
• Be a creative thinker with a strong visual sense and an analytical mindset
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative tasks

Salary: From 3471 Eur gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
