Part-time afternoons | M - F; 2 PM - 6 PM OR M - F 12 PM - 6 PM
We're looking for enthusiastic, caring people who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism as Behavior Technicians, where you'll work one-on-one with children in a supportive, play-based environment, helping them build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills. If you're a preschool teacher, Montessori guide, early childhood educator, or simply someone who has professional experience helping children learn and grow, you already have something incredibly valuable: the ability to connect with kids, meet them where they are, and celebrate the little wins along the way.

$23 - 25/hr (DOE) to start, with $1/hour increase opportunities multiple times a year
