Our executive search firm is recruiting a Chief Commercial Officer on behalf of a growing travel organization. This executive will lead revenue strategy, expand market reach, and align sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated commercial strategy across customer segments and distribution channels.
• Lead sales, marketing, partnerships, pricing, and revenue growth functions.
• Establish revenue targets, performance metrics, and commercial accountability.
• Expand strategic relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, suppliers, and distribution partners.
• Identify new markets, products, channels, and partnership opportunities.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
• Align brand positioning and marketing investment with commercial objectives.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing commercial leadership team.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.

Executive experience within travel, tourism, hospitality, travel technology, or consumer services.

Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth and expanding market share.

Strong expertise in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market planning.

Experience managing direct, partner, and digital distribution channels.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field required.

MBA preferred.

Ability to travel periodically for partner meetings, conferences, and leadership events.

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 annually, plus commercial performance incentive
