Job Description

Albemarle 正在招聘一个[粗品离心岗位]。

你将要做什么

将粗品晶浆液进行离心分离，分离后的固体重新溶解制成重溶液

1、  熟悉生产工艺流程，熟悉搅拌、泵、刮刀离心机、板框压滤机等设备的基本结构与性能；

2、  负责本岗位各设备的操作、检查、维护和保养；

3、  开机前检查设备的工况，确保无问题后与中控等相关岗位配合进行操作，做好与上、下游工序的沟通协调；

4、  双推离心机运行时，注意观察离心机转鼓的料层厚度，防止离心机振动过大或出现固体端拉稀等情况；

5、  定时观察及检测热溶釜的液位和浓度，保证重溶液氧化锂、钾离子、硫酸根离子等各项工艺指标合格；

6、  定时观察板框压滤机的运行情况，保证粗品滤液清澈、透明、无浑浊；

7、  负责定期清洗双推离心机、板框压滤机，更换板框压滤机滤布；

8、  熟悉岗位相关的各化学品物料安全技术说明书中所涉内容，做到应知应会；

9、  在生产过程中按操作要求严格控制，杜绝“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象

10、 负责本岗位设备及区域卫生清洁工作；

11、 严格遵守安全规程，认真执行确认制，保证安全生产；

12、 发现故障和安全隐患等问题，及时报告，并采取紧急措施，防止事故发生

作好本岗位的各种记录，完成上级领导安排的其他工作事项。

基 本 任 职 资 格

• 全日制中专学历化工专业，或者大专及以上学历不限专业；
• 一年以上制造企业车间操作工作经验，化工企业经验优先；应届毕业生不限经验；
• 有一定的语言和文字表达能力，懂现代化机器设备操作；
