About the Role
Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.Provide channel sales, digital and marketing communication support to Partnership Distribution in a timely manner with quality delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing and distribution support function on campaign management & communication for Partnership Distribution (PD) channel that covers Banks and strategic partners.
- Support direct manager and channels sales function with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Initiate marketing events to fit into different propositions to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners.
- Plan and implement channel marketing and sales promotion activities and events for partners and/or customers to support channel(s) in achieving sales target.
- Deliver effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
- Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Develop, customize and review communication, product and marketing collateral / sales tools / training materials for business partners to support their selling of our product and services offerings.
- Manage the progress of deliverables to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University / College graduate plus minimum 10 years relevant experience
- Creative mind set
- Customer-oriented service
- High proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Good communication, presentation and influence skills
- Insurance product knowledge
- Good timeline management skill
- With Bancassurance experience is an added advantage
- Customer Centricity as a core requirement, ensuring the role holder demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
