In this role, you will be focusing on acquiring incremental business for the Employee Benefits business. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of Corporate Sales (Banca) and work closely with the Operations team to increase and expand the Employee Benefits Business and Group Affinity Products through the Partnership Channel.Job Description:
Identify & prospect potential client for Employee Benefits ("EB") and Group Affinity products to drive incremental business.
Handle sales enquiries and leads generation for client acquisition via the Partnership Channel.
Cold call as appropriate and plan approaches to pitch to potential clients (if required)
Achieve sales targets and deliverables
Join meetings with banks’ Relationship Manager (RM) and/or Insurance Specialist (IS) to meet with potential key stakeholders / decision makers of companies
Handle activities relating to account management. This includes assisting in the preparation of sales materials, PowerPoint presentation, employee handbooks, client reports, renewals, etc
Conduct presentation/ employee communication sessions to clients
Account management for clients for renewal through building strong relationships with clients for business sustainability
Assist in the strategy to develop Partnership Channel and be responsible on the implementation of key sales initiative, new products, benefits and campaigns, for both EB and Group Affinity products, as well as EB2Life
Lead/ Initiate sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase sales opportunities

Working Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with employee benefits environment
Experience with group affinity products preferred
Candidates with EB Broking experience are welcome to apply
Professional Qualifications
Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
Education:
Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
