Job Description for HS&E: As part of the HS&E job family, the Band 1 role plays a crucial role in supporting and assisting the execution of strategies within our team and organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to grow and persevere in a stable external business environment.

Role: The CF-HSE Manager serves as a technical expert to enable OU Autonomy, deliver HSE-Ready Projects, HSE Program Health, and contributes to development of HSE Data Management and digitization efforts.

• Sustain and grow personal subject matter expertise
• Define, refresh & execute compliance governance process for HSE Globally for assigned area of ownership
• Develop, update, deploy and train on P&G HSE Policies & Procedures (SOP’s, CBA’s)
• Coordinate technical support for complex HSE issues and projects for the OU.
• Own and execute the Global HSE program & Verification systems, including trends and action plans based on deviation trends
• Identify, summarize, communicate and update policies/procedures for emerging risk trends
• Partner across functions to embed “HSE by design” principles into innovation projects.
• Coach the OU Leader on HSE results, capability, and issue closure.
• Located in Hyderabad PSIC

Key Responsibilities:

A. HSE Global Innovation

• Contribute to HSE-ready initiatives by providing compliant & safe at the right business value (Compliant, Functionally Safe and Clear Risks of Liability based on industry trends)
• Contribute to functional HS&E risk mitigation & ORA for breakthrough & first of kind innovation across the product & process development lifecycle
• Contribute to functional safety strategies, certification expectations, & HS&E design criteria for new technologies
• Contribute to Global HSE Data Management and Lead digitization of HSE Work Processes

B. CF – Program & Governance HSE

• Contribute to the Global HSE program & Verification systems (KEA, LCA, Fire Safety)
• Lead and execute HSE Key Element Assessments (KEA) as Technical and/or Overall, KEA Leader
• Develop CBA’s, Training, & Digital tools/apps to enable HSE program implementation by OUs & sites
• Provide HSE SME support to OUs for complex issues
• Run school/Ask the Expert (ATE) sessions on regional/global focus areas
• Drive x-OU networks/learnings (one of: SIF/ p SIFs learnings, Talent Councils, x-OU connects, digital systems and CF-HSE initiatives)

C. HSE Technical Mastery & Leadership

Job Qualifications

• Typically, 4+ years of HSE or relevant technical experience.
• Holds recognized HSE qualification
• HS&E Technology Master in at least on discipline
• Demonstrated project leadership, coaching, and delivery capability.
• Foundation to grow into broader HSE mastery and leadership scope.
• Expertise in HSE Data Management & HSE Digital Tool deployment
• Capability to support or lead digital HSE tools and innovation deployment.
