We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Tech to join our Main OR team in La Crosse, WI!
What you will do:
Work 36 hours/week
Shift: 9hr or 12hr shifts (primarily days) Monday - Friday in the Main OR
Night and weekend call rotation. Call response time is 60 minutes or less.
Holiday Rotation: 1-2 holidays per year
Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed.
Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing, selecting maintaining equipment, instruments, and supplies.
What you need:
Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date. This is not needed until 2 years AFTER start date.
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
