We are seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team providing care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of conditions at Emplify Health by Gundersen, Moundview Memorial Hospital and the Extended Care Center in Friendship, WI.

What you will do/job specifics

• Full-time 40 hours/week

• 8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm

• Occasional coverage on weekends

• Work closely with patients and patient family members to provide care under the supervision of the OTR.

What’s Required/What you need

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Wisconsin (COTA)

• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
