CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to licensed nursing staff
• Take and document vital signs as assigned
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support
• Respond quickly and respectfully to resident call lights
• Maintain accurate documentation and care records
• Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
