À propos du poste 

Ce poste de Chef(fe) de Projet Digital & E-Retail Export, en CDI, est basé à Paris au sein de l’équipe Digital & CRM Export et Travel Retail, rattachée au Marketing Marché Export (Parfums Beauté). Son périmètre principal est l’e-retail, au service des marchés Export et du Travel Retail EMEA. Le poste est rattaché au Responsable Digital & CRM Export et travaille au quotidien avec les équipes Marketing Export, E-retailEurope, les Digital Managers locaux et opérateurs Travel Retail. 

L’impact que vous pouvez créer chez CHANEL 

• Identifier de nouvelles opportunités e-retail et piloter les projets d’ouverture, de l’évaluation au lancement, en coordination avec les marchés, les opérateurs et les équipes internes CHANEL. 

• Améliorer la qualité et la cohérence de l’exécution e-retail : présence de marque, contenus, assortiment, parcours client. 

• Co-construire avec les marchés, Marketing Managers et opérateurs les plans d’animation e-retail et digitaux.   

• Construire les reporting e-retail et consolider les principaux KPIs quantitatifs et qualitatifs pour les différentes instances de revues de performances 

• Animer les instances mensuelles  de la communauté des Digital Managers Export. 

Ce qui vous motive 

• Développer l’e-retail de CHANEL sur les marchés Export et le Travel Retail en fonction de leur spécificité. 

• Traduire les données de performance en recommandations business et en plans d’action pour les marchés, opérateurs et équipes Export.   

• Porter vos sujets de bout en bout dans une équipe restreinte, au contact direct du management. 

• Travailler main dans la main avec les marchés locaux, opérateurs e-retail, les opérateurs et les équipes CHANEL Europe et Export. 

• Encadrer le/la stagiaire dans la gestion de ses missions et la réalisation de livrables de qualité, tout en accompagnant sa montée en compétence. 

Ce que vous apporterez 

• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en e-commerce, e-retail, marketing digital, CRM, omnicanal. 

• Une expertise e-retail, en analyse de performance, en gestion de projets transverses, en omnicanal et en suivi budget / ROI. 

• La gestion de parties prenantes internationales en organisation matricielle, avec autonomie et adaptabilité. 

• Un anglais courant indispensable, le français étant un atout apprécié. 

• La maîtrise d’Excel, de PowerPoint et de Power BI.

 About the job 

This Digital & E-Retail Project Manager Export role, on a permanent contract, is based in Paris within the Digital & CRM Export and Travel Retail team, part of Export Market Marketing (Fragrance & Beauty). Its main scope is e-retail, serving the Export markets and EMEA Travel Retail. The position reports to the Export Digital & CRM Manager and works on a day-to-day basis with the Export Marketing teams, Europe E-retail teams, local Digital Managers, and Travel Retail operators. 

What impact you can create at Chanel 

• Identify new e-retail opportunities and lead launch projects from evaluation through to go-live, in coordination with markets, operators, and CHANEL’s internal teams. 

• Improve the quality and consistency of e-retail execution: brand presence, content, assortment, customer journey. 

• Co-develop e-retail and digital activation plans with markets, Marketing Managers and operators.   

• Develop e-retail reports and consolidate key quantitative and qualitative KPIs for the various performance review meetings. 

• Lead the monthly meetings of the Export Digital Managers community. 

You are energised by 

• Growing CHANEL’s e-retail across Export markets and EMEA Travel Retail, adapting the approach to their specific needs.  

• Translate performance data into business recommendations and action plans for markets, operators, and Export teams. 

• Carrying your topics end-to-end in a small team, in direct contact with management. 

• Working hand in hand with local markets, Travel Retail operators, and CHANEL Europe and Export teams.  

• Support and supervise the Digital & CRM Intern in managing their responsibilities and delivering high-quality work, while fostering their development 

What you will bring 

• 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, e-retail, digital marketing, CRM, omnichannel. 

• Expertise in e-retail, performance analysis, cross-functional project management, omnichannel and budget / ROI monitoring. 

• International stakeholder management in a matrix organization, with autonomy and adaptability. 

• Fluent English is required, French is a valued asset. 

• Command of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
