Language Requirement: Must speak Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, or another language or dialect commonly spoken in India.

Case Details
- Palatine, Illinois
- Approximately six-hour shifts, five to six days per week
- Schedule may be shared between two caregivers
- Familiarity with Indian culture is preferred

As a Personal Care Aide, You’ll Contribute to Our Success in the Following Ways:
- Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Assist the client with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Encourage safe movement and activity in accordance with the established care plan
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
What Is Required?
- Ability to speak Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, or another language or dialect commonly spoken in India
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist the client as needed, up to 50 pounds
