What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting residents with daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Encouraging independence and resident choice
- Supporting residents' social, emotional, and physical well-being
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Communicating resident needs and changes with the care team
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment

Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Must meet age requirements according to state regulations and facility policies
