ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz’s in-house, culture-first creative agency. Our creatives, strategists and makers work alongside marketing teams to turn business challenges into bold, effective campaigns at pace.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a culturally connected Campaign Specialist to lead strong relationships and the smooth development and delivery of campaigns for our iconic brands. Combining agency account-management expertise with brand and commercial understanding, you will translate business goals into inspiring briefs, align cross-functional teams and champion creativity from kick-off through evaluation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across the UK&I, ensuring work is strategically sound, relevant, creatively bold, on time and within budget.
• Act as a key liaison between brand, creative, strategy, media, production and operations teams.
• Translate business objectives, challenges and audience insight into clear creative briefs and actionable social strategies.
• Work with the squad team across strategy and creative to bring culturally iconic creative work to life across social media and beyond.
• Support business and relationship development across brand teams, agency partners and freelance networks.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong campaign or agency account-management experience, with confident stakeholder and relationship management.
• Excellent organisation, communication and facilitation skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage priorities, budgets, risks and deadlines.
• Comfortable giving clear creative direction and constructive feedback to creative and production partners.
• A strong understanding of social-first thinking, culture and how ideas can connect brands with audiences.
