About the Opportunity & Team
This role sits within our ANZ Campaign Management team, reporting directly to the Director, Campaign Management ANZ. Following our continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, this team is responsible for driving our advertiser-first strategy and operational excellence across the region.
You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners across Sales, Demand Operations, Teads Studio, and Data & Insights to deliver high-performing omnichannel digital ad campaigns and solve complex advertiser challenges.
About the Role
- Core Mission: Act as the strategic execution anchor delivering flawless digital ad campaigns across the ANZ market.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with internal commercial, operational, and creative teams to translate client objectives into impactful digital campaigns.
- Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of direct and programmatic campaign executions, from setup and tagging to continuous optimization and post-campaign analysis.
- Impact Metric: Success in this role means achieving full campaign delivery within SLA, maximizing client KPIs, and maintaining high account satisfaction over the next 12 months.
What You’ll Bring
Strategy & Campaign Optimization:
- Orchestrate and execute end-to-end digital, video, and display ad campaigns across Teads' premium publisher network.
- Identify campaign performance bottlenecks and proactively introduce performance optimizations, targeting refinements, and dynamic delivery solutions.
- Review and analyze key operational inputs; such as viewability, CTR, VTR, and delivery pace to optimize daily performance and maximize ROI for clients.
Execution & Flawless Delivery:
- Own day-to-day operations, tracking setup, tag management, and pipeline delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet strict SLA and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain data integrity and campaign parameters across internal platforms and third-party ad servers/DSPs.
- Troubleshoot creative, tracking, or tag implementation issues promptly to guarantee smooth campaign launches.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Cultivate trusted, advisory relationships with internal sales teams and external agency trading desks.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact during campaign lifecycles, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable summaries.
- Partner with Teads Studio and Insights teams to turn campaign results into compelling narratives for client business reviews.

What Will You Bring to the Team?
Must-Haves (The Baseline Bar)
- Core Experience: Minimum 2 years of executing digital or programmatic ad campaigns within an AdTech, media agency, or publisher environment.
- Domain Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with DSPs, ad servers, third-party verification tools (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, Moat), and programmatic buying mechanics.
- Communication: Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to explain technical execution details to commercial stakeholders.
- Location/Legalities: Right to work in Australia without requirement for future visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-Haves (The Performance Multiplier)
- Prior experience navigating media agency trading relationships across Australia and New Zealand.
- Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization (DCO) or interactive video ad formats.
- Relevant industry platform certifications (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk).
