Roles and Responsibilities: • We are looking for a detail oriented and data driven Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will own the day to day execution of email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Pardot Account Engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, improving lead quality, and delivering personalized experiences across the customer journey. • Key Responsibilities • Campaign Execution and Automation • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, drip programs, and engagement studio programs in Pardot. Develop and manage customer journeys, triggered sends, and transactional emails in SFMC using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Create and manage dynamic content, segmentation lists, and audience targeting across both platforms. • Data and Reporting • Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting on key metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline influence. Maintain data hygiene across Pardot and SFMC, including list management, deduplication, and segmentation. Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to surface insights and inform campaign strategy. • Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of hands on experience with Salesforce Pardot Account Engagement and or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in building automation rules, engagement programs, segmentation, and email campaigns. Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and how it integrates with marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, CAN SPAM and GDPR compliance, and list hygiene. Comfortable with HTML and CSS for basic email template editing. Analytical mindset with experience pulling and interpreting campaign performance data. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
