Why Harvey
At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
Harvey's users are among the most sophisticated professionals - from managing partners and practice leaders at global law firms to GCs and legal operations executives in-house, and tax and finance leaders adopting AI across their organizations.
These professionals are navigating a fundamental shift in how their work gets done. Reaching them starts with deeply understanding the realities of that work: the problems worth solving, the outcomes that matter, and the questions and skepticism that come with adopting AI. Our best campaigns turn that understanding into ideas and experiences that are useful, credible, and relevant to where each audience is on that journey.
The Integrated Campaigns Lead will build the function responsible for doing exactly that. You'll set Harvey's global integrated campaign strategy: defining our priority audiences, sharpening how we position Harvey, and designing coordinated programs that build awareness, deepen engagement, and drive growth. You'll establish the campaign operating model, prove what works, and build the team and capabilities to scale it globally.
This is a strategic player-coach role with meaningful influence across the company. You'll shape go-to-market priorities alongside leadership across marketing, product, GTM, and you'll stay close enough to the work to write the message, understand the data, and improve the campaign when it matters.
What You'll Do
Set Harvey's global integrated campaign strategy. Define the audiences, segments, narratives, and campaign architecture that build relevance with our audiences and drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Turn audience insight into differentiated positioning. Develop messaging rooted in primary research, customer insight, competitive intelligence, and demonstrated use cases. Build claims on evidence and create narratives sophisticated audiences find credible.
Translate company priorities into market-facing programs. Partner with Product, Sales, and business leaders to develop marketing strategies around Harvey's most important growth initiatives, connecting what matters to the business with what matters to our audiences.
Orchestrate the full marketing system. Bring together digital, social, communications and analyst relations, alliances, events, field marketing, and other channels into cohesive global campaigns, spanning major launches, category-building moments, and always-on programs.
Build the measurement system. Define the KPIs, dashboards, attribution signals, and operating cadence that connect campaign investment to audience and business outcomes.
Build the team and operating model. Design how the campaigns function works, hire exceptional marketers, and develop them into strategic owners of audiences, programs, and business outcomes.
Raise the creative and strategic bar. Establish what great campaign thinking looks like at Harvey, from the quality of the insight and sharpness of the message to the craft of the execution and rigor of the measurement.
Build an AI-native campaign engine. Apply AI across audience research and modeling, creative development, experimentation, personalization, localization, and performance analysis. Develop repeatable approaches that raise the capabilities of the broader marketing organization.
What You Have
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant ownership of integrated campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market programs within enterprise software or high-growth SaaS.
A record of building and scaling. You've created teams, programs, or operating models and know how to introduce structure without introducing unnecessary process.
Experience building and leading exceptional teams. You've hired, developed, and retained high-performing marketers.
Strong commercial instincts. You've owned multi-million-dollar investments and understand how to connect marketing decisions to audience impact, pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
Exceptional positioning and messaging judgment. You know how to get from audience research and market insight to a differentiated point of view, and you're a strong enough writer to do the work yourself when the stakes are high.
Exceptional cross-functional influence. You've orchestrated digital, social, communications, analyst relations, partnerships, events, and field marketing as one system rather than optimizing a single channel in isolation.
Hands-on fluency with AI. AI is already part of your campaign workflow. You have informed opinions about where it meaningfully improves marketing, and where human judgment remains the advantage.
A player-coach operating style. You're comfortable setting strategy with senior leaders and equally comfortable opening the doc, digging into the dashboard, rewriting the brief, or working through the details with the team.
Comfort with ambition and ambiguity. You can create clarity where there isn't yet a playbook, move quickly without lowering the bar, and build systems that become more sophisticated as Harvey grows.
