Motor Werks is hiring a customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our dealership customer experience. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, schedule appointments, route callers to the right department, and provide professional support to customers throughout their sales and service journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative support roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and support dealership communication needs.
• Schedule, confirm, and update sales and service appointments accurately.
• Listen to customer questions or concerns and provide clear, helpful information or route the call to the appropriate team member.
• Document customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up notes accurately in dealership systems.
• Support a positive customer experience by communicating with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-first attitude.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
